Field Trip – Mt. Hood

We just returned from a fantastic weekend trip up on Mt. Hood.  What a place to get married!  Our friends did it right, too.  It was a beautiful wedding in a stunningly beautiful location.

Coming into town we were able to catch the end of the Rapha Gentlemen’s Race, a race that even the participants don’t know the ending location of until the day of the event.

We watched the teams roll in and then partied into the morning.  We got up the next day and went to Mazama Lodge for the wedding itself, which was amazing.  The Mazama Lodge is the mountain home of The Mazamas, a mountaineering organization dating back to 1894.
